PASADENA AND 4TH OF JULY
Here is a picture of the girls that Sister Faust and I are teaching right now. Jean is standing to the right of me wearing the pink shirt. Her sister Natasha is standing to the right on her. Jean is 15 and Natasha is 13. They both are eager to learn "More about the mormon's" Jean has a testimony of Joseph Smith and tries to read the Book of Mormon. Natasha is a little more skeptical, but we have a few jedi mind tricks up our sleeves for her!

i'm doing great! and MARRIED! life is good! i stole your haircut after you left, just like i said i would. well, sorta.

We took the girls with a couple of Members up to Pasedena for a wonderful musical fireside. We were able to hear the testimonies and listen to the talents of THE 5 BROWNS.
The bore powerful testimonies and played unbelievably. It was a perfect experince for our investigators because they got a sense of the church and were able to feel the spirit; without going to a formal sacrament meeting where they might have felt uncomforable.
On the 4th of July Faust and I went to the coolest ball park. Wrigley Field!! I guess the Californians know where it's at so they tried to make some Chicago magic happen on the west coast. Well I'll tell you it lifted my spirits pretending I was in good ole CHI-TOWN.
